Concerning loot

Im starting the game on Epic but Im really concerned with Loot in the game. Can anyone more experienced than me please explain how loot scales with game difficulty?

On Normal I completed the Labyrinth set before I could actually use any of the parts, is this normal? I came across "Obsidian Graves" three times on Normal but never seen any other part of the set.

Any feedback please?

Epic difficulty gives much better loot, though I don't think it drops more often than in Normal difficulty. The very first Legendary item I ever found was during the battle with the first Telkine on Epic. The bosses in Egypt and the Orient will also drop high-level Epic or even Legendary items, and I honestly think Typhon drops as good of loot on Epic as he does on Legendary difficulty. Hope that helps!
