Character loss after reinstall?

Ive reinstalled my game in the hope it wouldnt crash as much.. but after getting back in the menu.. my char is gone..

my char still exists in the my games folder.. but.. simply isnt loaded in the game.. anyone knows how to fix this?

This "fault" is caused by change of CD key code in your char profile. U should install game using a same code printed in your manual, not some other...
