BRIGAND help

Im new to the game and im making a BRIGAND and i wanted to go spear and sheild ,but didnt know if it would be better o go bow? and was wonering if any one had some good skill info?

The spear and shield deals the most single target damage.

But the bow is arguably better. See the downfall of a brigand is lack of defense. They can deal the most damage in the game but lack defense. Bow has the intrinsic defense of running away. Also good for traps.

Finally bow has mob skills whereas spear is all single target. Bow can hit many targets at once.

If you want to have a better build take warden. They have great defense and offense.

Thanks for the help, I will check out warden that sounds like a good idea, I'll go look up whats works for them. If that fails then ill go bow prob.

I have a bow Brigand myself. Apart from the couple of deaths I had through the game (only about 15), this character is a very fun build. and once you get the Tracker Set it is even better. I play online a lot and it seems a lot people admire the bow Brigand.
