| Artifact requirements
Howdy! I've just recently started playing TQ and for some insane reason, I absolutely love the game. (Insane because I can't stand Diablo.... go figure) Anyway, in searching the internet for an answer to something I think this is the best place to ask.
Arcane formulae: are they constant in their requirements? For example, will "Bloodrage" ALWAYS require - Essence of Guan-Yu's Grace, Peng Claw, and a Scroll of the Cyclops? That is, if I get this drop on Normal level will it require the same things as if I get it on Legendary? As in would it require an "Incarnation of Guan-Yu's Grace rather than the "Essence of..."?
The reason I ask is that I'm working on a program (Excel spreadsheet, actually) that lets you keep track of what you've got (in terms of scrolls, charms, relics, and artifacts) and will automatically show you what artifacts you can make with what you've already got, as well as showing what components you need to produce the formulae you've got.
