| Are there any Vampire Builds?
-Using the Spirit Mastery:
^ Deathchill/Necrosis and Life-Drain/Cascade, Unearthly Power
-Using Necromancer's Set
^ Individual pieces give: +2 Life Drain, +1 Cascade, + 1 Spirit Mastery
^ Full Set Bonus is +60%Life Leach
-Need at least -75% recharge equipment to recast Life Drain/ Cascade quickly. Would have been nice if Life Drains recast timer was shorten to something like 2 seconds for spamming with no or little -XX%recharge items.
Is Life-Drain/Cascade not worth it for a main attack? It's vitality damage looks low even if most enemies are alledgedly reported as having low or no vitality resistance. The intelligence stat doesn't boost vitality damage, right? So its going to be very weak, right?
Also, what would be the complementary skill/mastery for this setup?
I'm thinking Storm Nimbus Tree from the Storm Mastery to slow everything down and give a boost to elemental damage for when Life Drain is cast.
Has anyone tried this set-up? I haven't found any of the necromancer's set pieces, but I just wanted to know if anyone has tried this build before.

Edit #1: I forgot the Umbral Set also provides similar upgraded stats from the Necromancer's set. However, the set club requires Strength, which could be awkward if all points get put into Intelligence.
Edit #2: I'm getting the impression that Storm Nimbus Tree won't get added onto Life Drain's attack. I get this theory from visiting the Frost Shrines...and when I use Life-Drain, the abilities from the Frost Shrine don't transfer over. Tis a shame. Plus, the 6 seconds recharge on Life Drain has me troubled as I don't even have any -XX%recharge gear in TQVault.
