Hey guys I have both cds needed to install game on hand.(not downloaded versions) It installs fine. but when i go to run it. the screen goes black and I can see the mouse/crusor running for a split second then it bring me back to my home desktop/window. and nothing more happens. I did apply all updated patchs. 1-3. I tryed turning on compatability mode in 2000 and xp. neither had a different effect on running this game. can anyone please help? thank you in advance Andrew
Are you running the game in window Vista/7? I used to have the same problem, the game just didn't start for me. I think you can't play it with your old cd without patch for window 7 (mine didn't work for me either) so I downloaded from gog.com and it runs flawlessly (it's the patched version and many bugs are fixed already). I think you can still download it in gog for like 5-6 bucks. Good luck!
