Here's what happened. My HP laptop runs XP. It ran DD perfectly although it was loaded with viruses and had some other stuff wrong with it. I reformatted it about three days ago, and started a new game with a female warrior. When I'm in Aleroth and I kill a rabbit, they no longer drop meat. I can see some green crosses on the minimap where the corpses are, and I hold down Alt, but no meat shows up. I'm concerned because I don't want someone or something to drop an item I need and I wont be able to find it. Any thoughts on a fix or what's going on would be greatly appreciated.
