Have been unable to find Theresa in Vault 13 and was wondering if this was a glitch previously encountered by other players. You'll notice that even at this late date I'm trying not to give anything away, should someone be playing for the first time.
From the one time I have tried this, make sure of the following: You are on Level 2 It is during daylight hours You have not already completed the Water Chip quest If all the above is ok then she should be in the romm to the north of the elevator, 2nd room from the left. Hope this helps
