last week my old pc died and it contained everything BG related i managed to recover everything from the hard drive though, so no permanent damage I now want to reinstall BG on my other PC, but i remember it was a complicated process which can be screwed up if you don't do it in the right order. Last time I did this was about 10 years ago so ofc i forgot how to do it. Not feeling sure about myself i'd rather ask you guys. these are the components i have: SOA official SOA patch (iirc i don't need to install this anymore since i have ToB) ToB official ToB patch G3 BG2fixpack G3 BG2_tweaks G3 BG2_tweaks-v9 Weidu ease of use (i think this is completely obsolete and covered by the fixpack, no?) Baldurdash fixes (obsolete too?) i thought i had some kind of tooltip fixing thing, but i can't find it on my backed up old HD, so i guess i must have gotten rid of it
The Baldurdash fixpack and Ease of Use mod are obsolete, yes. As far as I know all of the changes are included in the G3 patches, including the spelling corrections etc.
