I bought this game years ago but never played it for very long.
Is it any good(I am used to very good games like BG2 and icewind dale)?
What Level will my Party get to and is the 3ed D&D implemented in a good way?
    This game is turn based,right?

The game is turn based, 3E isn't implemented very well. The game is very slooow so you might want to install a speed patch to make the monsters move faster. The first part is repetitive but the game gets better later.
Getting from level 2 to level 3-4 takes an eternity but you will reach more than 16 levels.

    That would be telling!
Experience is divided among all members of the party; and while you start with no more than four, you can eventually add (and even replace) NPCs to get to a maximum of six characters.

However, because the game is both frustratingly slow at times (undead monsters move at a snail's pace) and stingy with XP, especially at the beginning, I've had much better luck with soloing. A full party can expect to reach level 16 or so; a soloist easily maxes out at level 32. Another good compromise is a duo, which can expect to eventually get to around level 30 if you explore every nook and cranny.

Still, this remains one of my favorite games, despite its hack-and-slash nature, primarily because it is turn-based. YMMVAPD.
