will this somehow cause glitch with my current saved file? I am currently at Ch1 and investigating inside Vale of Shadows.. I don't want to remove saved file to have 0 glitch after installing the IWD patch.. If patch won't cause any glitch, can I just install Heart of Winter and HOW patch on top of that? I'm asking this because I had terrible glitches playing IWD with HOW installation.. ofc I had no patch back then.
Patching the game shouldn't glitch your saves unless told in the readme. I installed HoW during the game and had no problems.
It worked fine, thanks a lot. But now I have another issue.. I am going to transfer saved file to other computer and play IWD from there, because my old comp has mic boost issue that is causing noises that makes whole game sound scratchy.. will this saved file work once it's transferred to other pc without a single glitch? Otherwise I'm asking this question on other website.
