Have waterchip cant talk overseer

    Well, no cheats, no spoilers, 101 days left I am back at vault 13 and am trying to talk to the overseer but he is sitting at the top of this column and I can't get to him.

    ITS DRIVING ME NUTS !!!! AAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGHHH!

    I'm also color blind

    I'm still stuck I have the waterchip in Fallout1 but am unable to get the overseer to acknowledge me, it looks like the guy is sitting on a star trek like bridge chair and maybe there is a colored lever or something I need to find,

    When you place the mouse cursor over the overseer and click right button what options do you get?

    You don't need to lower the "chair" to talk to overseer.
