The Harpy Tower - SPOILER If as you say you are going around the hill, clockwise you will at some time pass between TWO hills. At that point you need to bear LEFT around the other hill in doing so you will see that you are able to progress to the top of hat hill. You will then see two small ledges. You must then jump across between the ledges. As with climbing you will get an indication that you can jump, and you are home and dry.
