Original Post: How do I level up haggle, seduce and etiquette? I have 0 points in all of them but the game won't let me increase it. I have 16 CO, 12 CL, 16 IN, 14 CH. Also I'm a metamage with Rapid AE regen adv and naive + socially talents disadv. Update: Seems like only some classes are able to use haggle, seduce and etiquette, can anyone confirm this? Update 2: You can learn haggle and seduce from Dilga Panek in the Thieves Guild, no matter what class you are playing.
