Hi there, I just picked up Gargoyle Removal Service from Isaac and went to see Strauss in his chantry. Trouble is, he's missing! I'm on my second run through the game as a Toreador. The first time I played (Ventrue) this quest worked fine. Since my first game I also patched the game to v7.9. Maybe this patch broke something...? I realise that I can probably just go ahead and deal with the Gargoyle without talking to him, but then i'll likely miss out on XP, not to mention seeing Strauss get uncomfortable Anyone else having this problem or know why it's happening? I have never heard of that bug before, but if you did indeed patch to 7.9 and then continued an older saved game from before, anything could have happened.
Hey Wesp, Yeah I patched when I got to the carpark quest in downtown (I forget the name). I can understand why a patch update could cause chaos. Oh well. I plan to run a Brujah next so i'll see if that goes ok and let you know Cheers, Lordmonkey.
