    Hello folks,

I've just recently started playing the game, but there's a problem. I'm at the Vault 15 and can't find the water chip, and what I've read from walkthroughs, that's how it should be. However, I get no message regarding the water chip and I think I've searched every inch of the third, command center floor. Shouldn't the event trigger nearby the blue rocks in the eastern side? Which one of the three places is it, the top, middle or the bottom? Should I use some skill, for instance science?

It's possible to overlook the message, it's displayed once when you get close and never again. It doesn't really matter, vault 15 is totally unimportant for your quest, just a location with easy combat where you can get some unimportant loot and XP for your low level character.

Aha, thanks. Perhaps I've just missed it then. So there should be no conversations with the overseer about not finding the chip in vault 15? Very unbaldur'sgatelike.
One more, can one resurrect dead NPCs? Please say yes.

*sigh* as I thought. By the way, I've come across this wierd bug that keeps duplicating Ian every time I go to a new area or I load the game - there can be dozens of them at any given time. The duplicates won't follow, but will attack if there are enemies nearby. At least I'm given the upper hand in most fights, which I don't mind at all with these poor playing skills, but occasionally they do block my path, e.g. in doorways. It's not a huge problem, as those duplicates can be killed one by one without having all of them attacking you, but it is somewhat annoying. What worries me is Ian repopulating the wastes all by himself. Does anyone know how to get rid of this bug?

Edit: Apparently I was wrong, it pretty much freezes the whole game at this point.
