Any pitfalls when installing this in Win7? Also, what was the preferred installation order again? BG2 + ToB, then any mods I'd like, then BG1 + TotSC, finally Tutu?

    Thanks in advance!

So far the only problems I've encountered have been that the most recent version of Level 1 NPCs (1.7) doesn't work with EasyTutu and crashes the game. I haven't played it through so there might be other hassles, but so far that's it. L1NPCs also caused a crash in ToB with Viconia as a Ranger/Cleric, but the 1.3 version works OK.
For install order, you'll need a complete/full install of BG2, then ToB, then the latest official patch - do NOT install other mods in BG2 before installing Tutu. I tried using a modded BG2 installation for Tutu and it crashed thanks to the G3 Fixpack. After that, BG1, TotSC, latest patch, then Tutu away and install whatever mods you want.
For what it's worth, my mod setup is
    BG1: EasyTutu, Beregost Fix, Unfinished Business V12, BG1 NPCs V18, Level 1 NPCs V1.3, and G3 BG2 Tweakpack.
    For BG2: G3 Fixpack V9, Dungeon-Be-Gone V16, Xan V9, KivanV12, NPC Banterpack V12, Level 1 NPCs V1.3, G3 Tweakpack V9.

Thanks a dozen! I would have installed the mods before Tutu.

No worries, it's nice to know the four days-odd I spent trying to figure out what was screwing up where can save someone else the same pain.:)
The really stupid bit is I've played BG2 to death, I only installed it all 'cos I'm going to Japan and want to show any JRPG fans I get to know what a decent WRPG looks like.
I'm actually hooked on Thief Gold and Worms 2 atm.

Now that I finally got around to installing everything (including a fix the Bereghost thingie), I wonder: Can you continue BGII straight through from the same gamefile? Or do you have to import into BGII?

And another issue: Are any mods that I install automatically applied to both BGTutu and BGII?

Just transferred from Tutu to SoA, had to move the save file into the save folder in the GOG\Baldurs Gate II save folder, so it's not automatic. Also had to install the mods for SoA separately.

Ah, thanks a dozen! A minor annoyance, but nothing too hard. Thanks again!

If you have mod kits installed, then your character loses those kits on arrival in SoA. :( I imported my character as suggested above to find out what the experience should be.

Then I recreated a new character using the kit mod in BG2. I then modified stats (including experience) to be what they should have been, using Shadowkeeper and then re-imported that character into a new game in order to give Imoen the correct stats at the start.

Once you get the hang of it, it is easy enough. I used this method when using a Feywarden of Corellon from the clerical remix mod, but it should work for all kit mods.

Not playing with kit mods. I installed the same mods to both Tutu & SOA.

I have the four-in-one box set of the games, distributed by Atari. Are those already patched? What about the GoG release?
