Apparently it was increased after Patch 17. And I didn’t fin any info in this website about it. But how much would that change our plans? Well not much really, it just means that we will have to focus a bit more on the elite items to cover over the fix costs. And it better sell in more quantities. At the end costs will only matter depending on how relevant they are in percentage of your profit. There is no need to fret guys, it’s not much of an impact.
