Raising Talents

Is there a known "bug" in the process of raising your Talents???? The last three times I've tried, I bring up the "Talent Tree", click on a highlighted talent, and nothing happens. I have nine points to use and can't use them. Has anyone else had this problem ( I hope I'm not missing something real basic here, but I had no problem before).

I don't know if this is the problem, but you have to be meditating to spend your talents.

You know that you have three diferent "grades" of Talents... Bronze, Silver and Gold... So if you have these nine points, but they are Bronze, you only upgrade Bronze talents... Silver points only upgrade Silver Talents and so on...

Whats the requirement for silver? Do you have to be a certain level before you earn those points?
