Question about Chapter 5 storage (Possible Spoilers)

OK I'm in chapter 5, aligned with neither the Squirrels nor the Order, with Shani as my lady... I have a simple question... where the hell can I get my storage? I can't find ANYONE who will offer me access to storage since dandelion offered it at the start of the chapter. I have yet to fight the Striga because I don't have any inventory room to carry all the swag, so maybe something will open up after that. But as it stands I have far too little free inventory space, and I can only make so many potions to free up that room.

There is none. But don't worry. All potion ingredients you might ever need can be found in the swamp at that point. If you feel that you left something vital with Dandelion, well... you are not going to see him until the end.
Make enough potions to last for a while and leave room for something unexpected or new. Remember: you can harvest more ingredients any time you need them.
I personally found useful only these few potions: swallow, tawny, cat and white honey. I occasionally used one-two oils for my blades. I've never used any bombs.

Well that's poop-tastic...

I had several (by several I mean a LOT) of Top Quality potion, oil and bomb bases saved for a rainy day in my storage. As well as enough ingredients to supply an army.

That's what I get for being a pack rat.
