Who do I take Rockshatter to? SPOILER REQUEST

While plundering an old fort near Anvil, I found a nice enchanted mace called Rockshatter. My quest log says I should take it to the widow of the man who perished there, but when I try to activate my quest map, I get no marker arrow or anything showing me where to go. I gather from other posts that she is in Anvil or near it, and her name is Maeva, but I've searched most of the houses and the temple there with no luck. Where is she?

She cannot be found iside of Anvil, she can be found outside, in a farm not far to north if I remember it correctly.
