Which is better?

I just got a sigil (sp?) stone that says "Absorb 30 stamina on hit or Fortify 30 stamina on self."

Not the best sigil stone, but whatever, I can easily use it.

I guess somethings that I need to know are:

What does absorb really mean? Does it take 30 pts of their stamina and give it to me?

I'm about level 9 or 10 (can't remember) so about how many stamina points are my enemies going to have? If they run out of life before stamina this does me no good.

Thanks if anybody knows.

yes it takes from him and adds to your stamina.

first if your stamina is to low while attacking you will do less damage (because you are get tired from swinging your weapon).

As second if the stamina gets to zero, the person will stumble, or loose his combination (consantration) etc. So this person will take more damage, because he can't block or counter attack, while the attacker swings his weapon continously.

about stamina/ health status:

the important thing is "How much damage you do". If your opponent ıs very stronger then you, the stamina drain will be helpfull. Otherwise not at all...

For (extraordinary) example; ıf you try to fight a rat the stamina drain has absolute no difference, but if you fighting a lvled archer, or swordsman he wont attack you less then you (Except your agility is very lower then your opponent).
