| | What the HECK was this conversation about? I was in Skingrad selling of some plunder at Agnete's smithy when an attractive Dunmer woman (I remember her last name was Hlaluu) approached me and asked:
"Escuse me, but what is the penalty for Necrophilia here in Cyrodil?"
My triggered responses ran from "I have no idea" to "Is it a first offense?"
Somewhat baffled by the question, I chose the latter. She said "Let's theoretically say . . . no."
My autoresponse was that the fine was 800 gold, and she smiled and said "Oh, that's MUCH less than it is in Morrowind!"
What was that all about? Does it trigger a quest later? And is it a quest I would want to go on? I mean, necromancy is one thing . . . but necrophilia??

| | | As I recall, she definitely asks about necromancy. Not necrophilia.

| | | You may be right, at that. I wonder if that was an in-joke that accidentally got left in the game, passed the editing process?

I think the joke has originated from a misspelling in the official forums. Probably from something like "why is the Temple against necrophilia?" |

| | | Not a quest...yet Necromancy plays a large part in a certain guild, but the Dunmer and her necrophilia has nothing to do with it...yet. Perhaps a plug-in will be released that ties her in later.
