What is your most powerful spell? (could be spoiler)

What is your most powerful offensive spell, and what does it do? What level must you be to obtain this spell?

All the most powerful offensive spells are constructed at the Spellmaking Altar that you have access to after completing the "Recommendation" quest in each city's Mage's Guild.
The most powerful Destruction spell you can cast depends only on your Destruction skill and your maximum magicka.

My deadliest single spell is called " Die In a Fire": 75 Fire Damage per second for two seconds, on touch. I think it's about 100 Magicka to cast.

I combine that with a spell that does Reduce Fire Resistance 100 pts on Target for 8 sec.

So, head over to the Altar, see what the baddest thing you can brew up is, and stop back and whip up something more potent when your Destruction skill rises.

The most powerful spell you can get in the game is called fingers of the moutain and you get it during one of the recomendation quests.

Note: it is levled to you so most likely you got it at a early level when it is underpowered. If this is the case download the levled rewards mod which makes any rewards got in quest get better if you get higher in level.

my most powerfull spell is the one i made called 600000 volts and it does 82 electric damage and 73 fire damage + it kicks alot of ASS

In regards to Fingers of the Mountain spell. Don't level up too high, or you'll get the greatest spell that you will never use. I got a shock spell that does 140 damage for 5 or 15 ft (can't remember which). The problem is that it costs just over 700 magicka to cast. I only have 427 total magicka and I would have to remove all of my armor enchanted for str and end and put on an entire suit of fortify magicka just to cast it once.

I'm using a combination of two spells, both on touch:
Paralyzing Weakness:
Paralyze 1 sec
Frost Weakness 100% for 3 seconds
Fire Weakness 100% for 3 seconds
Shock Weakness 100% for 3 seconds

Elemental Damage (4/6):
4 Fire Damage for 6 seconds
4 Frost Damage for 6 seconds
4 Shock Damage for 6 seconds

On a creature without resistances, that's 36 dmg for 6 seconds, or a total of 216 damage. At Illusion 92 and Destruction 72, they cost me a total of 79 mana. Just another 3 points in Destruction and I can increase the power a bit more.
