i was doing the vamprie cure quest not realy for myself tho, just becuase i wanna see count skingrads wife. But the option to give Mellisa blood grass dosnt come up

Make sure you have all the required ingredients. Try entering and exiting her house that worked for me and if not all you can really do is load a close save game
