Vampire Cure Bug? (Spoilers)

Hey, after i gathered all the ingredients, for that witch to create a cure, she says that she made enough for two potions, one is for me to deliver and the other in case i need later for 'personal reasons', i can get it from her.

But after i gave the potion to the count, finished the quest, got a reward, i got back there to get my cure, and now she is saying that i need to gather all the ingredients again, should i have drink the potion first and then deliver the 2nd or something else?

You should use the Search option to find threads on the topic. Here is one for you:

Check your inventory of potions to see if you don't already have the cure in your possession. She probably gave you that second cure to take whenever you're ready. After you use that potion you would have to regather the ingredients should you become a vampire again.

You know, this confused me as well when I got the cure. When you finish gathering all the ingredients and bring them to her, she gives you two doses right there. However, if you look in your inventory (if I'm not mistaken), you will only see the ONE dose of the cure that's for you. I remember seeing this and thinking, "!#@%, where's the dose for the Count?". I didn't bother searching the rest of my inventory, but I'm fairly certain it was there, lower in the list, maybe as a quest item that can't be used, you know what I mean? It's there, though, trust me. So what you should do is reload the game from a previous save, bring the stuff to the witch, go to the Count and give him his dose, and then take your's.

**VERY IMPORTANT** Well, it's important if you care about your character's face, I suppose. If not, you don't need to read on.

Your face will revert back to what it looked like exactly one level of vampirism down when you take the cure. Does that make sense? Ok, let's say you're at level 4 of the vampirism. This is where it's at its fullest, and where people won't even talk to you, right? If you take the cure then, it will remedy the vampirism, but your face will look how it did when you were at vampirism level 3. Keep all this in mind when you're ready to drink your dose. If you want to get your face to look how it did before you became a vampire, feed so that you're at the lowest stage of vampirism, THEN take the cure.
