Things under pillows: how to get them?

Sometimes I can see daggers and such under the pillows on beds, but I'm unable to pick them up, activate them, or grab them. Are the things I see there just decorations or am I missing something?

Have you tried picking up the pillow then dropping it? That usually reveals the item underneath.

Fable, Pillows have now become a piece of the bed, they are not seperate movable objects.

To get at the objects, I would jsut try to get up really close and try to grab them and drag them out, that or attempt to burn down the house by throw tons of fireballs alla round, which wont work.

Well, that's a backwards step.

You might also try tossing something at the object, though aiming requires practice, to say the least.
