SPIES Quest question (Minor Spoiler)

I am playing thru the game for the first time, and I finished the Dagon Shrine quest, capturing the Mysterium Xarxes and filling Mankar with arrows, even if I could not kill him. When I got back to Cloud Ruler Temple, Martin told me to go talk to Jauffre about Spies at the Temple. Well, I've talked to Jauffre several times and he has yet to bring up the topic. Wat up with that? Do I have to wait for some event or date to trigger the quest? Or should I talk to someone else first?
