Skingrad gate quest (poss spoiler)

I'm walking my way through the Defense of Bruma quest and i just closed the Skingrad gate. Now i need to speak with Count Janus Hassildor again, but he's nowhere to be seen. The lizard lady tells me to just wait in the hall, but even after 24 hours and more he doesn't show up. I even broke into his apparments above, but he ain't there either.

I already used the sigil stone from this Oblivion Gate and did some other quests too. So i do hope i don't need to close this gate again...

Do i need to close all the other gates first or do i need to find a way to summon the count with some mod?

(Possible Spoiler)

Nope, you can close the others without talking to the count of Skingrad. In fact (spoiler - highlight) closing all the gates outside the cities is not a must, you could just go on to do Martin's quest. But closing them will benefit you later on. Plus those sigil stones can be quite nice.

As for the count you might want to check out (spoiler - highlight) his vampire lair, which is where I found him

Hope that helps!!
