where is it i know it is north west of skingrad but does anyone know where to get a map marker (person to talk to i mean) or have a link to an online map i can see it on

It is to the west of a line connecting Chorrol and Skingrad about halfway between.

Go north north west of Skingrad until you see Bleak Flats Cave then continue in a straight line the same distance until you hit Sanguine.
