Oblivion: blackwood company enchanted ring of fire

i have the blackwood company ring of fire it does 150 fire damage to self i need to know how to enchant some armor and ring and necklaces to either absorb fire damage or reflect it because i want to walk around on fire and a friend told me that he did it where his armor absorbed the fire damage and healed him, but he dont remember how to do it and i cant figure it out the only thing that he told me is that he uses mysticism to enchant the armor.

I personally have not enchanted anything yet :P but after reading something it appears you must claim a "Sigil Stone" from the Plains of Oblivion. The effect the stone has is random and people recommend saving before picking one up so that you can retry until you get the one you want.

You probably know more about this than me so this webpage will make more sense http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Enchanting .

Hope this helped :P I have no idea about enchanting but maybe you will learn something from Wiki have fun
