need help with grayfox (spoiler)

hi. on the gray fox's second mission to get a arrow from the court mage in bravil, how do you get it? i have gone to the castle and found the secret passage but there is a locked door and i dont have the key so how do i get it?

There is another way, towards the place behind the door, it involves a little swim, won't say more

The door kinda throws you off, I had that too.

There's a puddle nearby, go take a swim. Don't go too deep.
