Max Damage with a Poison...?(spoilers)

What will the poison max damage max out at, once I find the full set of master tools?
Does it have anything to do with your level?

Currently I'm level 21 and have 100 alchemy.

I'm mixing with:

Expert Calcinator
Expert Mortar and Pestle
Expert Retort
Master Alembic

I can crank out...
shock damage 8 points for 31 sec
fire damage 8 points for 32 sec
frost damage 8 points for 32 sec
poison damage 7 points for 26 sec
damage magic 13 points for 52 sec
Silence for 24 sec

Restore health 11 points for 36 sec
Restore magicka 20 points for 65 sec

Don't know what max damage is, but it's based on your alchemy skill and the quality of your equipment, not your overall level.

Ectoplasm, Fly Amanita Cap, Spiddal Stick, Steel-Blue Entoloma Cap makes for a nice poison Shock, Fire, Damage Health and Burden.

And what about intelligense, no effect on the alchemy skill in this game???
