Mage Guild Permanent Suspension

Long story short my game glitched and I couldnt complete the Mages Guild Quests. After awhile of unintensional crimes against guild members I was banned from the Guild. My question, if you havn't already guessed it, is is there anyway you can get back into the Mages Guild after you have been kicked out three times?

The quests to get back in get harder each time, and unfortunately I think after the third time the will never let you back in.
