No. Say you are leveling str. For blade, hand to hand, and blunt whether major or minor it doesn't matter. And you add up increases in those cumulatively.
Total 0 - 1
Total 1 - 2
Total 6 - 3
Total 8 - 4
Total 10 - 5

I'll add up my old data and try that. If that's accurate, I should get to a 100 on all but personality before level 40. Thanks
