How to find Fin Gleam

So I just started a new file after all my other's got corrupted and my friend told me about this really neat Glass Helmet called Fin Gleam which has Night Vision and Water Breathing enchantments on it. He said it can be found at all levels from 1 to whatever the highest known level is. Only thing is the only website I found describing it's location isn't detailed enough and as it's underwater I need to know exact location so I can find the helmet faster. Does anyone know the precise game location or a website that has the location so I can find it? I am playing on Xbox 360 incase that means anything at all.

If you swim off the coast of the Anvil docks, you'll come to an island south west of Anvil. It's deep underwater near that island, I believe it's on the far side. Once you pick it up you have to put it on right away, because you won't have enough breath to go back up without an underwater breathing effect.

Thanks to both of that helped. I was able to find it a couple of days ago and now am only at level 8 but I am very happy to have such a good piece of armor this early on in the game!

another thing is you may have wanted to wait untikl later in the game when armor and weapons are at their greatest levels. for example mehrunes dagger is weaker if you pick it up at lvl 10 than at 25. weapons and armor are highest at lvl 25 and do not change afterward.
