how do you pull arrows out of yourself?

i was fighting in this dungeon where i was bombarded with arrows, so i figure it would eventually go away and didn't pay much attention to it, i go back to guild house and sell/sleep i wake up and i notice i still have 20 arrows in my chest, do i have to pull them out or will they go away eventually?

That's...unusual. I would expect them to go away eventually. You can't pull them out, since the mechanism to heal is achieved through spells, potions, or time.

Usually they just go away after a few minutes. If you're playing in third-person, that might be the problem, since I doubt they'd program the game to have the arrows just randomly fade out while you're looking at them (that's a bit too 90's, if you ask me) Maybe just try saving then reloading.

If you can see your chest then you're in 3rd person view. Switch to 1st person view for a while (the most engaging way to play IMHO).

Say you've got 50 Iron Arrows in your chest. Look in the Weapons tab for said arrows and drop them. Tada! No more painful-arrows-in-the-chest!
