I HAVE GOTTEN TO WEYNON PRIORY AND WENT TO JAUFFRE. BUT EVERYTIME I GET NEAR HIM HE SCREAMS STOP THEIF, OR WANTS TO FIGHT ME. HE WILL NOT SPEAK TO ME. HOW DO I LET HIM KNOW THAT I HAVE THE AMULET. I AM NOT GETTING THE OPTION TO SPEAK TO HIM. IS THERE ANOTHER QUEST THAT I HAVE TO DO BEFORE GOING TO HIM.

No, there is no other quest. I'm not sure why he would want to fight you but you could try holding Block button(whatever your's maybe) and while holding select his character. If all goes like it should he will yield and everything should be normal again. If that doesn't work try seeing if you have a bounty and get it paid off. Once again, if all else fails, load a previous save.
