Help, my head is in a cloud

my character just developed a white "cloud" around her head and a spiral of bubbles by her feet.I had a friend have similar bubbles and eventually lose all visibility, and was told it was corrupted file. I did not see that message on mine.360 user. Does anyone know about this?? Thanks for your help: sheri As it got worse and she became blinded by cloud- I jumped from Frostcraig Spire and have moved out of this existence. I hope no one else gets this. She did have a grand life-living beyond level 51. I guess this should be closed or deleted now, and I don't know how to.
