Help for a novice thief (possible spoilers)

I'm tring out a thief class and i'm tring to master the thieves guild fast, to do this, i'm going to fence my 1000 or 1500 or whatever the hell I have to fence to master the guild. I just need recomended equipment, stelth skill, and a place to steal, and some helpful tactics. The set I want is DB armor, skeleton key and i have no location. Thank for any and all info.

I would recomend some light clothes like the stuff the give you in jail and enchant it with chameleon so you get 100% chameleon. No one sees you and drop your stuff all your stuff at a place you can come back to later and get it but this way no one sees you and you can carry a maximum load

First, he seems to be talking about what he can get as a thief. He hasn't mentioned being a master level mage, and he wouldn't be able to enchant anything to 100% chameleon for the longest time. And second, if he has chameleon going, he will still be seen. It's not invisibility. It makes you much harder to hit.

You need 100% invisibility spell not 100% chameleon enchantment(too expensive and not as effective). Walk into any weapons store, cast the spell,jack a sword, repeat very easy this way. Its how I did 1000 in a few mins.
