| Fortify and leveling (minor spoiler)
I just finished the Grey Prince Quest and recieved some permanent fortify skills - Blade among them.
Will these points count as regular skill levels gained through experience or training when leveling up, or are they like regular fortify, e.g. magic items, that don't count?
Blade is a minor for me and I really want strength to increase by five for each level. Also, I find strength skills to be the by far most tedious ones to increase.
It's fortify, but it's also permanent. So which one is it? |
