Enchanting Values

Do items have differing values of enchantment, or do all items enchant at the same level?

All items enchant at the same level. Each has four enchantment slots, and each slot must use a distinct effect, so you can't have, for example, a sword which does 20 points of fire direct damage and 5 points of fire Area of Effect. You could do it if the AoE were lightning. though.

you can only put one effect on clothing or armor though
nice combos are combining fire damage and weakness to fire or weakness to poison if you like using poison.
