you can't enchant anything past 1600 per se from what I know. Trancendant sigil's are available level 17 and after tho from oblivion gates, and these are randomly rolled when u click on the orb. So simply quicksave & load till you get something you like. Black soul gems are only of size grand, so this wont help you get any cooler items.
These are good for armor.
Nothing beats a grand for a weapon.
Look specifically on the trancendant's for
-15 absorb(if you're atronoch hitting 100 absorb is pretty attainable)
-25% fire/ice/lightning sheild. These give 25AC + 25 resist. Much better than the 35% resist
-20% sheilding. I -beleive- this is 20% resist normal weapons, 20 AC.
-30% chameleon. This + khajiti reduces the # of items to hit 100% chameleon to 4. Be warned, this makes the entire game trivial
-120 feather pretty nifty for a swap ring or 2 to get you back to a merchant.
-If everything else you care about is covered, and youre at 85 AC, which is the cap, the 12 stats sigils can look interesting, as 10's the best you can enchant via grand
