where can i find them? i need 20 from each.
im seek of searching shops and lands for these seek ingredients for my quests.these quests SU CKS ,it not fun

It only sucks because you are not finding anything to fight, LOL!

Dragon Tongue: try south of Bravil, and a bit east. Also south of Bawn (if you have found it.

Redwort: in a number of places, but the best is probably to the north of Blackwood.

Bear pelts:Not sure of specific locations. Just wander around a lot. I think you find more to the north than the south of the map.

If it's any consolation, wandering around looking for these things will ensure that you find lots of Forts, caves, ruins, to explore and loot - and fight in!

If redwort is the ingredient I think it is, I found quite a bit of the flowers by the road going north from Leyawiin. There are about 5-7 flowers in a small area, if you are having trouble finding alot of them, then just pick these and wait a week, pick again, and continue to do so until you have reached your goal.

I have found numerous bear pelts in crates around towns and cities, check the Imperial Market District, tons of crates, good supply of pelts, picks, and hammers.

If you are archmage you will have access to an enchanted chest in your room atop the University, all you need to do is put one ingredient in their (only one at a time, and only ingredients) and after a week you will have 11 of that ingredient in the chest, comes in handy for rare substances, or for when you are trying to collect ingredients.

I found a spot with a lot of redwort and dragon's tongue, it was around the top of the "d" in "Blackwood" on your map. They were on the edge of a pond/swampy area. I think I got at least 14-15 redwort and 10-12 dragon's tongue from that one spot.
