Dark Elf in Cheydinhal singing a song (spoiler?)

Flying! High in the Sky!...I can't make out what he's singing about but it sounds like cliff razors or something to that effect.

Is there any signifigance to this song? Is it a spoiler?

The song itself is a just little easter egg for Morrowind players, but the character is a central figure in one of the Cheydinhal side quests. Spoiler: Trigger the quest by asking an NPC in Cheydinhal about "Fines")

Thanks

I'm good on the quest and have done it with one of my charactors. I haven't done the quest again because I like having him around, even if he is miserable. I'd rather have the town folk just pay the fines and forgo the rather weak quest reward than watch him die again. I know it's silly but.. Anyway, what is he singing about? I don't mind knowing because I probably won't play Morrowind. Thanks Belthan

He's basically just babbling about cliff racers - a flying creature indigenous to Morrowind.
