Broken Helmet Glitch (SPOILERS)

Hey, i just finished the vampire cure quest. And if i drink the potion, and take off a helmet, than put any other helmet on... there is a hole in the helmet and it shows skin right where my ears are. Has anyone had this problem, or know how to fix it.. casue i dont want to be a vampire forever.
