A Brotherhood Betrayed/Information at a price( possible spoilers )

iv got a glitch problem with 2 quests.....

A brotherhood Bertrayed......
Iv given gelebournes journal to carivs, and have to meet him at olavs tap..however when i go there an hour( or more ) later hes not there! =o

Information at a price....
This one is really getting to me since the mage quests are the only ones i havnt completed...
i have to see count hassildor.. i talk to Hal-Liurz and she tell me to wait for him to comedown, but he never does... 1 hour/2/24/48/74 he just doesnt show up, and she says the same damn thing..please take a seat and wait for etc etc > . <

anyway i greatly apreciate any help, there both really bugging me =(

The Oblivion engine sometimes freaks out if you have more than two quests running at the same time that overlap. I've had problems with Hasasildor related quests quite often, most notably involving the Information AAP and Aid for Bruma main quest. Try completing any other quests you have on your books first, then going back to the IAAP quest, that's worked for me .
