where are vampires

I need to turn into a vampire to get the sword Eltonbrand(upgraded version of goldbrand)

i dont know how to get the sword but are you on pc or x-box. cuz im on x-box and want to be a vamp and or werewolf.

Rite ive been exploring the sheogorad region for a bit now and found that actually an ancestral tomb on the island with dagon fel on it, it might take some searching but if you get into the water and keep to the island's walls (mountains while still in the water) you'll probably find it, if you see a winged twilight on part of the island with an ancestral tomb behind it then you've found it, yay.

the werewolf thing you need (if your on the xbox at least) game of the year edition im not sure if you can get the bloodmoon expansaion any other way for xbox.Anyway you have to play the bloodmoon main quest POSSIBLE SPOILERS FROM HERE:To start the bloodmoon main quest you have to talk with the head imperial legion officer and then at the end of the bloodmoon quest you get hercines ring that will turn you into a werewolf at any time you can also become a werewolf by playing the main quest, although i dont know what happenes if you let the werewolf desise turn you into a werewolf.

i do have game of the year edition for x-box. so on x-box you can be a werewolf or vamp

how do you become normal again

With hercines ring you can sleep for half a day and you'll turn back into a human, when in vampire form you have to do this mission for the deadra lord in the shrine above suran.If you become a werewolf on the bloodmoon main quest however i have no idea how you can get out of it.

When I try to be a vampire it doesnt work. I mean i get hurt over a period but nothing. IS there anything special to be a vampire?

Here's what common for all vampires:

First off you get a 20 point stat boost to Strength, Willpower, and Speed. You also get a 30 point boost to Sneak, Athletics, Acrobatics, Hand-to-hand, Unarmored, Mysticism, Illusion, and Destruction. When you decide which bloodline (faction) you want to join you will get other boosts, but those will come later.All vampires are immune to paralysis and common disease. They also get a spell vampire touch, which is a drain health spell

Well you can do it once. Get attacked by a vampire and wait for the textbox saying you have gotten the "disease", then rest 3 days without getting cured and voila, you're a vampire. Bad thing is no-one likes and if you decide to get cured you can't turn back into a vampire, ever... Unless you can live with fooling the game with the console :P, then you can become a vampire as often as you like
