Leave Suran from the east side down by the smith's store. Follow the road it will actually be facing south, but curves north east, the curve is a little distracting in terms of bearings so just keep following till it heads north. Your very first left trail off the main road is where you want to go. It forks North-NW. It's actually an uphill climb and you wont see him till your over the plateau. He will be standing alone at the end of that road with some very tall stone rocks jutting up around him. Be careful as there are also some cliffracers that will join the fight, so take them out before you initiate dialog. He wont attack until you choose to fight him.
