lol, you don't expect powerful mages of the Telvanni to honestly keep their stuff in the same city as the pitiful and stupid houses of Hlaalu and Redoran do you? (Yes i am heavily biased onto the Telvanni)

Seriously though..whats the point, the Telvanni are mainly isolationists..they'd have no reason to keep their stuff in Vivec with the other great houses being in Vivec.

Master Lockpicks? Try Suran, across from "Earthly Delites".

When I raided the Telvanni vault I found a daedric claymore, tonnes of daggers, close to 25,000 in gold, glass armour, weapons, dwemer weapons and armour, ebony broadswords and thousands of gems.

I think the difference is that Telvanni's loot is levelled, and Redoran/Hlaalu's is not.

The Telvanni have some kind of groovy enchantment on the doors, making it so going through a certain door in a certain order leads to the vault, whereas the other leads to the near empty storm atronach room (which I geuss are there to deal with theives) and going through doors in the wrong order will lead to the dungeon room. It's like a built in burglar disposal unit. (I geuss the Telvanni don't trust the temple enough to have their stuff guarded by JUST ordinators)
